Christina DeMaio – is a Seacoast-based music educator and business owner who is very passionate about mental health education and advocacy. As an individual with lived OCD, Christina is honored to serve on the board and work alongside those who are doing incredible things for this community. As Executive Board President, Christina seeks to continue the growth of the organization and to further extend its mission of psycho-education, providing resources and support, and helping make the path to OCD treatment more accessible, affordable, and effective.
David Bradley, Ph.D. – is a licensed psychologist practicing in Hanover, NH, and Bedford, NH. He earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Case Western Reserve University and an M.A. in mental health counseling from Boston College. Dr. Bradley has extensive training in empirically supported treatments for anxiety and related disorders in adults of all ages, with additional training from McLean Hospital’s OCD Institute in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), using exposure and response prevention (ERP). Dr. Bradley also treats other anxiety disorders from a cognitive-behavioral and exposure-based framework, including generalized anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, trichotillomania, and phobias. In addition, he has specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia as well as prolonged exposure (PE) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
Jeanette Nogales, LCMHC – Jeanette’s private practice, The OCD and Anxiety Center for Change, specializes in treatment for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. Jeanette is trained in cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), such as exposure and response prevention (ERP) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Jeanette is also trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxiety Childhood Emotions), a program that works directly with parents of children with anxiety and/or OCD.
Rebecca Rouse, Psy.D. – Dr. Rouse has a private practice in Dover, NH. She specializes in the treatment of OCD, phobias, and other anxieties utilizing ERP, CBT and ACT. She earned her MA and PsyD degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver in She has previously facilitated the OCD NH Youth Support Group, and occasionally facilitates the OCD NH Parents of Anxious Kids Group. She has previously facilitated the the SPACE psychoeducation group we offer. She has presented case examples during the last several OCD NH ERPTrainings offered to clinicians and students across the state. Dr. Rouse enjoys consultation with other ERP and non-ERP clinicians to problem solve tough cases and find creative, evidence based solutions in treatment.
Katherine van Hengel – Katherine van Hengel is a tech entrepreneur, film producer, and impact-driven leader with expertise in project management, media, and community development. As the founder of Thruhike.io, she connects travelers with curated local businesses and serves on two additional non-profit boards. Personally impacted by OCD, Katherine is passionate about mental health advocacy and early intervention. Since moving to the area in 2020, she has been involved with OCD NH, joining the board in January 2021 and currently serving as Community Outreach Chair.
Elian Beattie, LMHC – Elian received her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Northeastern University in 2015, during which time she completed a clinical internship at McLean Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute (OCDI) and developed a passion for working with individuals with OCD. Prior to her move to NH in 2020, Elian worked as a therapist at Cambridge Eating Disorder Center residential treatment center where she saw firsthand the significant overlap between individuals with eating disorders and OCD. Elian is currently an outpatient therapist serving the New Hampshire and Massachusetts communities at Insights Group outpatient counseling center located in Rye, NH. Elian specializes in treating OCD and eating disorders using evidence based practices such as exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Elian enjoys being a source of unconditional support for clients while providing accountability for meaningful, lasting change.
Phoebe Manchester, LCMHC – is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who utilizes CBT, ERP,ACT, and inference based therapy in her practice at Treadwell Counseling, PLLC. She specializes in working with OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, and athletic performance. Phoebe was trained in CBT at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia and spent two years working in a residential treatment center that specialized in treating adolescents and young adults with OCD and anxiety disorders. She is also trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxiety Childhood Emotions), a program that works directly with parents of children with anxiety and/or OCD. Phoebe is currently licensed to work with clients in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts.
Rachel Morin, LCMHC – has been working in the mental health field since 2009 starting as a case manager and earning her Masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2012. In 2016 Rachel started as a clinician at a residential treatment center that specializes in anxiety disorders and OCD where she worked for five years. In November of 2021 Rachel started her own private practice, Morin Counseling. Rachel specializes in treatment of OCD, depression, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and anxiety disorders through the use of ERP, CBT, DBT, and ACT modalities. Rachel is trained in CBT through Beck Institute and also has completed the BTTI (Behavior Therapy Training Institute) and Advanced BTTI trainings through the IOCDF. In 2020 Rachel completed SPACE training (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).
Jennifer Fullerton, LICSW – Jennifer Fullerton is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Jennifer obtained master’s degrees in social work and education from the University of Vermont and Plymouth State University. Jennifer is a therapist at Growing Roots, LLC in Plymouth, NH. She has worked in the field of adolescent residential treatment in New England for over twenty-five years in various clinical, administrative, and supervisory roles. Jennifer’s diverse clinical training and experience include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma Affect Regulation: A Guide to Education and Therapy (TARGET), and Aggression Replacement Training. Jennifer specializes in the treatment of trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, and depression. Her passion is partnering with children, adolescents, and families to effect change and growth that will assist them in living a life filled with hope, confidence, and strength.
Christina Ennabe, LCMHC – is a licensed clinical mental health counselor serving clients virtually in NH, ME, and FL. Christina specializes in working with Type A high achievers with Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Perfectionism, and Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors. Christina is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy including Exposure Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Inference Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Jennifer Rose – Jennifer Rose is currently enrolled in a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Antioch University New England and has personal lived experience with OCD. As a long-time attendee of the OCDNH Support Group, Jennifer is thrilled to able to serve as a board member as the OCDNH organization has been instrumental in helping her with her recovery from OCD and is looking forward to paying it forward. In addition to serving as a board member, Jennifer wants to also pay it forward by becoming an OCD therapist.
Carly O’Brien-Hart, LICSW, LCSW – is a NH based therapist who is licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine. Having received her master’s in social work in 2012, she first worked providing in home therapy across the state of Maine for youth with significant emotional and behavioral challenges. She transitioned to working in community mental health in New Hampshire where she worked until 2020, prior to transitioning to a group practice. Carly now owns a private practice called Wise Mind Counseling, PLLC where she specializes in working with folks with OCD and the LGBTQ+ population–specifically trans folks who require gender affirming care. Carly joined OCD NH in early 2024 and also serves on the fundraising committee.Carly is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including Exposure Response Prevention, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and she specializes in working with the LGBTQ+ population. Her passion is supporting clients with using coping skills, communication, and community supports to help them reach their goals.
Katie FitzGerald – is a mental health advocate who has been involved in helping individuals and families find appropriate mental health care for over 16 years. She is living in recovery from OCD and her recovery journey drives her passion for helping others with the disorder and their families find appropriate treatment, hope and healing.
Matthew McCutcheon – lived with undiagnosed OCD for nearly two decades before experiencing how transformative evidence-based treatments like ERP and I-CBT can be. Now, he’s eager and honored to give back to the incredible community helping spread awareness and provide support to those living with OCD.
Malcom Whaley – is a 24-year-old currently studying Public History. Malcolm became involved with OCD NH through Adult Support Group. He personally suffers from OCD, and a concurrent symptom of OCD is feeling alone. However, by attending the OCD NH Adult Support Group, he discovered that he was anything but alone! Thanks to the group, he developed a strong passion for helping others who suffer from OCD. He used that passion to consistently show compassion and spread positivity to my fellow members. By working alongside the wonderful people who have helped him, Malcolm now has the opportunity to help others. With this mission in mind, he is committed to giving my all his support those who suffer from OCD in any way he can. Malcolm is on the Community Outreach Committee and is an Adult Support Group facilitator.
Nate Robbins – is a voice-over artist with lived OCD experience. Nate serves on the Community Outreach Committee and as an Adult Support Group facilitator.
